Information Linkages and Capacity Building (ILC) sits alongside the NDIS Individual funding packages that we are familiar with. From mid-2020, the ILC Program transitioned from the NDIA to the Department of Social Services (DSS). For more information about the ILC Program, please visit the DSS ILC Webpage . Community Capacity Building is an innovative area of emerging practice that I have been using and researching since 2003. It aligns with the Information Linkages and Capacity Building DSS funding program.
