NDIS Home and Living Reports

Most participants will continue to access housing in the private market by owning or renting, or through social housing. There are different types of home and living supports that the NDIS can fund. Occupational therapists can assist participants to complete Home and living supporting evidence form | NDIS and functional assessments. Sometimes a Change in circumstances | NDIS form is required to review support needs.
